To further the PBPS mission to educate children about the
blues heritage, the Carolina Blues Festival will once again have a Kids Area. Note that children 12 and under will be admitted free to the Festival. The Kids Area is operated in partnership with The Music Academy of North Carolina.

The Music Academy will bring exciting enhancements to the Kids Area, including demonstrations of Early Childhood Music programs and the very popular instrument petting zoo. Popular activities such as face painting and arts & crafts will continue. Information about the Music Academy and its programs and faculty will be available, and faculty and staff will be on site to answer questions. |
